Feeling stuck in a rut?

I know this was the case for me, and the confidence I gained from this, spread throughout other areas of my life. I’ve never looked back.
It’s not a myth that if you think more positively, then positive things will happen. Negative thoughts breed negative events, and feeling that way will only bring you further down. If you want to change your life, believe you can, and look at ways to make it happen. By researching, sending out emails, asking, then opportunities will come your way, and it’s then your decision whether you take them, or look for different ones.
At the end of the day, there is only you who can make life changes, and there is no magic wand that will allow you to do this. Any barriers that stand in your way can be overcome, and yes, it may take time, but having a plan to work towards will give you motivation and a feeling of achievement once it does happen. Feeling proud and content breeds happiness, and really, that’s all we can hope for in life.
