Welcome to Massage One GC (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website https://www.massageone.com.au or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or purchase.

1. General Information

Massage One GC operates a professional massage clinic located at:
2 Santa Maria Court, Burleigh Waters QLD 4220
inside Goodlife Health Club, next to the Varsity Lakes Tavern.

We provide therapeutic and relaxation massage services including (but not limited to):
M1 Lymphatic Method, Myotherapy, Remedial Massage, Healing Cleanse, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue Massage, and related wellness treatments.

All services are performed by qualified therapists in accordance with Australian professional standards.

2. Appointments and Bookings

• Appointments can be made online via our website, by phone at (07) 5506 1000, or in person.
• Bookings are subject to therapist availability.
• You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your booking is accepted.

• Prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service.
• We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and AfterPay for eligible purchases.
• Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. To respect our therapists’ time, the following applies:

• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows may be charged the full session fee.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time.

5. Gift Vouchers and Packages

• Gift vouchers and prepaid packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.

• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

6. Health and Safety

• Before treatment, you may be asked to complete a short health intake form.
• Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or medications.
• Our therapists reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment if it may be unsafe or unsuitable for your condition.
• Our clinic operates under COVID-safe and hygiene standards in line with Queensland Health regulations.

7. Mobile Massage and Corporate Services

• Mobile services are available within a 15 km radius of Burleigh Waters.
• Additional travel fees apply outside this radius.
• For corporate or group bookings, a deposit may be required to confirm your session.

8. Limitation of Liability

Massage One GC provides therapeutic, non-medical services. While all care is taken, we make no guarantees regarding treatment outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Massage One GC and its employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
